Life's Little Blessings
Over the past month and a half a lot has happened. A day of shopping turned into a very long weekend of Chex-Mix for supper, and spending the night in waiting room chairs, but the end result was a beautiful, healthy, baby boy. It amazes me how this precious child has become such a big part of my life in such a short amount of time. He has taught me a new kind of love that I never understood before, and I really love being Aunt Brooklyn (even if we aren't blood related).
My best friend got engaged which is both exciting and sad to think about. The stress of final exams hit which meant hours of studying, and looking like I had just rolled out of bed for school.
Within the past month and a half, I have also discovered what it means to lose someone who once meant so much to me. I guess that's just part of life. Things are getting easier as I have realized that its all just a part of God's amazing plan for my life.
On the bright side, Geometry is finally over and that means tutoring is over! I don't think I have ever hated another class so much in my life.
The things we have to go through in life are extremely difficult sometimes, but the end result is always worth it. Baby Hudson and his Mom have showed me that.
